Dear Prospective Event Partner,
The Washington Tuskegee Alumni Club, Inc. (WTAC) is excited to invite your organization to become a Business or Organizational Partner for our upcoming 85th Anniversary Celebration. We believe that community success is a shared endeavor, and this event is designed to foster collaboration and mutual benefit among our community's organizations.
Traditionally, events only benefit their host organization. We're challenging that model. Our vision is that a successful WTAC event will uplift multiple organizations in our community. This "everyone wins together" approach is central to our anniversary celebration and our broader mission.
This event features numerous innovative elements, including a first-of-its-kind partnership model and utilization of a one-day liquor license available for non-profits. We're happy to share these pioneering efforts and create a more interconnected community where everyone can thrive.
How it Works
By becoming an Event Partner (at no cost), your organization will be listed on our website. During event checkout, guests can select your organization from a dropdown menu. Your organization will then receive a percentage of the sale, provided certain minimums are met. Full details are outlined in the attached Event Partnership Agreement.
Onboarding Deadline
We're onboarding “Event Partners” now. If you're authorized to make decisions on behalf of your organization, please complete the attached Partnership Agreement. If not, please forward this information to the appropriate representative within your organization.
